Scope of Services
Our services encompass a wide range of areas:

Terms & Conditions
- Associate Partner’s Consultants
- Fees for consultants brought in by Associate Partners will be deducted/allocated from Associate Partner’s share of the facilitation fees.
- The specific allocation of fees among Associate Partner’s consultants will be determined by Associate Partner
- Vendors
- If we successfully introduce a vendor to our client, a watertight agreement will be drafted to prevent any direct communication between the vendor and clients or its representatives
- We will secure a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the vendor before assigning them any tasks specified by our clients. The LOI will outline the preliminary commitment of the vendor to do business with us and help define each other’s expectations. It will also serve as a foundation for the eventual binding agreement
- Expense Deductions and Revenue Sharing with Associate Partners
- All expenses like TBL incurred from the start to the end of the project will be deducted from the total fees received by the vendor from the client.
- The remaining balance will be distributed according to the agreed-upon revenue-sharing ratio between Connecting Dots & it’s associate partners.
Due Diligence

Indemnification
Associate partners and clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding any party/vendors introduced by Connecting Dots for resource purposes. Connecting Dots shall not be liable for any claims or liabilities arising from such introductions.
Associate partners and clients indemnify and hold Connecting Dots harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to their interactions with any introduced party/vendor.
